Dubai Pancakes 🌱
Fluffy buttermilk pancakes encrusted in crispy toasted knafeh, topped with pistachio butter, chocolate sauce, pistachio whipped cream, saffron strawberry jam, and fresh strawberries.
Shakshuka 🌱
Two eggs poached in a rich tomato and red bell pepper sauce seasoned with warm Mediterranean spices. Served with Grand Central Bakery toasted baguette and a fresh arugula salad with tomatoes, shallots, Niçoise olives, feta, and za'atar vinaigrette.
Turkish Eggs 🌱
Two perfectly poached eggs over creamy garlic labneh, finished with house-made paprika chili oil. Served with Grand Central Bakery toasted baguette and a fresh arugula salad with tomatoes, shallots, Niçoise olives, feta, and za'atar vinaigrette.
New Zealand Lamb Chops and Eggs
Grilled New Zealand lamb chops finished with house-made za'atar chimichurri, served with two eggs any style and roasted breakfast potatoes.
Za'atar Avocado Toast 🌱
Two slices of toasted Grand Central Bakery sourdough layered with house-made guacamole, vine-ripened tomatoes, and a whipped herb feta and goat cheese blend. Finished with extra virgin olive oil, fresh herbs, and a sprinkle of za'atar. Eggs added for a small charge.
Saffron Chicken Breakfast Sandwich
Grilled chicken breast finished with our signature creamy saffron sauce, topped with a fried egg, arugula, labneh, and Mama Lil's peppers. Served with a fresh arugula salad with tomatoes, shallots, Niçoise olives, feta, and za'atar vinaigrette.
Veggie Omelet 🌱
Zucchini, onion, red bell pepper, goat cheese, topped with house-made guacamole and tomato, served with roasted breakfast potatoes.
Arugula Salad 🌱
